We are the controller of the personal data described below under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, your message and the time it was sent. We use this only to answer your request and, if you become a client, to prepare and carry out our cooperation.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The form sends you a copy of your message by email. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting cooperation, and delete enquiries that did not lead to cooperation within 2 years.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page, and browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a limited time by the hosting provider and are not combined with other data.
The Contact page shows a map from Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google servers and sends your IP address to Google, which may also process it in the USA. We use the map to show where to find us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not send a newsletter. Google may set its own cookies when the map on the Contact page loads.
Our website and email are hosted by Namecheap, Inc. (USA), which processes data on our behalf as a processor. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, email vladimir@tanukigrowth.com.
You can also file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, so data you send through the form is protected in transit.
